Both digests plus the application workspace. For a grant in your digest, we read the funder's announcement, list every requirement with the passage it comes from, and draft answers from your organisation's facts — marking plainly what you still need to supply.
The digest plans start with a 14-day free trial and Pro with a 7-day free trial that includes 3 drafts, one free trial per member. Your card is taken when you start the trial, and your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Every plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from Manage billing.
We do not offer partial-month refunds. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of a yearly charge; after that, access continues until the end of the year you paid for. A plan change takes effect straight away and is worked out to the day: moving up is charged now, and moving down leaves a credit on your next bill.
