GrantVetted
Terms of service
By using this site or subscribing to a GrantVetted digest, you agree to the following terms.
What GrantVetted provides
GrantVetted is a grant-discovery and verification service. We find public and foundation grant opportunities for rural health organisations, volunteer fire and EMS departments, and small businesses seeking SBIR and STTR research funding, verify each listing against the funder's own posting, and publish verified digests on a weekly basis.
GrantVetted is operated by Fortress Systems LLC. "We", "us" and "our" in these terms mean Fortress Systems LLC, doing business as GrantVetted.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information in each digest. However, grant details — including deadlines, eligibility requirements, and funding amounts — are controlled by the funders and may change without notice. GrantVetted does not guarantee that any listing is currently open, that eligibility requirements have not changed, or that the funder will honour the terms described in their posting.
Always confirm details directly with the funder before investing time in an application.
The free sample is a monthly email with a few listings from the verified digest you choose, sent on the first Monday of each month to anyone who asks for it and confirms their email address. It is free, needs no card or account, and is not a subscription: there is nothing to cancel, and you can stop it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. What these terms say about the accuracy of listings applies to it in the same way. We may change or stop the free sample at any time.
Verification
Each listing in the digest includes a verification date. It means that on that date we checked the listing against the funder's own page at the link shown, and kept a fingerprint (a sha256 hash) of the page as we read it. The verification does not guarantee that the grant is still available, that the funder's page has not changed since, or that the information is complete. Where a listing shows a deadline, it comes from the funder's page or the RHIhub listing that led us to it; amounts and eligibility are not checked by us, so confirm them on the funder's page before you apply.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, as you choose at checkout, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Pricing is listed on the pricing page and may change; existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
The digest plans start with a 14-day free trial and Pro with a 7-day free trial that includes 3 drafts, one free trial per member. Your card is taken when you start the trial, and your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of a yearly charge; after that, access continues until the end of the year you paid for.
A plan change takes effect straight away and is worked out to the day: moving up is charged now, and moving down leaves a credit on your next bill. A credit is not a refund. Until a payment goes through, your weekly digest and drafting are paused; they start again as soon as it does.
We never see or store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own terms of service and privacy policy.
Grant writing on the Pro plan
The Pro plan includes an application workspace. For a grant you choose, we read the funder's announcement, list its requirements with the passage each comes from, and fill in what your organisation profile answers.
For narrative sections, you can ask for a draft written by an AI model from the facts you type. You get up to 30 drafts a month; unused drafts do not carry over. We keep only sentences your facts support, and we show you what was left out and why. A draft is a starting point, not a finished application: you must review it, correct it and stand behind every statement in it.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you submit to a funder. We never submit anything on your behalf; you apply through the funder's own system.
The SBIR and STTR eligibility check reports what your own answers show against the Small Business Administration's rules. It is guidance, not a legal determination: the funding agency decides eligibility, and you should confirm with it before you apply.
No part of the service guarantees that an application will be funded. The funding decision rests entirely with the funder.
AI assistants you connect
You can connect an AI assistant to your account and approve what it may do. You are responsible for the assistants you connect and for what they do with the access you give them. You can disconnect an assistant on Your account at any time, and its access ends at once.
An assistant can start a checkout for you, but only you can complete it, on Stripe's own page. A checkout an assistant starts follows the same billing and refund policy as one you start yourself. We do not offer partial-month refunds. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of a yearly charge. The digest plans start with a 14-day free trial and Pro with a 7-day free trial that includes 3 drafts, one free trial per member; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. A plan change takes effect straight away and is worked out to the day: moving up is charged now, and moving down leaves a credit on your next bill.
Drafts an assistant asks for count against your plan's drafts, and what these terms say about drafts applies to them: you must review them and stand behind every statement you submit.
Limitation of liability
